The Masai Mara is hard to describe until you’ve experienced it yourself … endless golden grasslands, breathtaking landscapes, and the feeling that something extraordinary could happen at any moment. Lions resting after a hunt, elephants moving quietly across the plains, giraffes on the horizon, the sun sinking over the savannah … and if timing is right, the incredible Great Migration itself. Africa at its most spectacular, right here in the Mara.

♥ Wake up early and experience the Mara at sunrise. This is one of my favourite moments because the savannah is quiet, the light is beautiful and wildlife is often particularly active.
